The Morse Cottage is a year-round, three-bedroom family holiday house on Lake Dunmore in Salisbury, Vermont.  We rent it out on the weeks we can't make it to the lake.  Lake Dunmore is a fantastic place: beautiful views of Moosalamoo, clear water that is ideal for swimming, excellent fishing, and great boating. In the fall the forests are ablaze in color. The new mountain bike trails are just across the lake. Middlebury Snowbowl is a few minutes away, and Killington, Mad River Glen, and Sugarbush ski areas are each 40 minutes from the house. Nearby are Green Mountain National Forest, the towns of Middlebury and Brandon, golf courses, Branbury State Park, the Town Hall theatre,  and an ice cream stand!
