Visitor Guidelines

• No smoking
• 1 dog allowed, at $30/day extra charge, must have prior permission of house owner
• Guests must provide own linens and towels
• Guests are provided tickets to deliver trash and recycling to local collection site (1 mile away)

There is no housekeeping service. We keep rental prices low by asking renters to leave the cottage in the condition they rented it.

Long weekend rentals are available Sept 30-May 15, inquire with owner

Security Deposit: $200
